INFORMACIJE I UVJETI
Opšti uslovi
* Starost vozača najmanje 20 godina.
* Vozač treba imati dvije godine vozačkog iskustva.
* Minimalni period najma je 24 sata (dodatni dan se naplaćuje više od dva sata).
* Usluga za gorivo i dopunu goriva nije uključena u cijenu.
Uslovi osiguranja
All vehicles are insured in case of damage done to a third party (compulsory insurance).
If the TuzlaRent Vehicle is damaged by the fault of another vehicle, the damage in this case is not covered by the TuzlaRent vehicle compulsory insurance but by the compulsory insurance policy of that (responsible) party. That is why it is very important to make a police record and fill in the appropriate forms.
You should definitely call your nearest TuzlaRent branch and ask for advice.
If a TuzlaRent vehicle is damaged by the fault of its driver (the party who rented it), liability for damages is secured by compulsory payment of a daily insurance premium (CDW).
This compulsory insurance does not cover the full amount of the event, but only the amount of the deductible, depending on the class of vehicle.
CDW+ also has some exceptions, which are not covered by compulsory insurance:
1. bilo kakvu štetu nastalu namjerom ili nehajem (nepažnjom),
2. krađu, ukoliko Najmoprimac ne posjeduje ključeve te dokumentaciju vozila (osobito prometnu dozvolu),
3. bilo koje oštećenje ili gubitak vozila koji nije prijavljeno nadležnoj policijskoj upravi, odnosno za koje ne postoji policijski zapisnik,
4. štetu na gumama,
5. štetu na donjem postroju vozila, mjenjaču i spojki, unutrašnjosti vozila i vjetrobranu uzrokovanu nemarom vozača,
6. štetu na motoru uzrokovanu nedostatkom ulja, ulijevanjem krive vrste goriva ili nemarnom korištenju vozila,
7. štetu koju je napravio vozač pod utjecajem alkohola, droge ili sl. opojnih sredstava,
8. štetu koju je napravio neovlašteni vozač,
9. bilo koje oštećenje na vozilu koje nije prijavljeno nadležnoj policijskoj postaji.
U svim navedenim slučajevim, za iznos nastale štete teretit će se Najmoprimac do visine iznosa vrijednosti vozila kao i za iznos izgubljene dobiti nastale predmetnim slučajem.
U slučaju bilo kakve štete, prometne nesreće ili krađe vozila, Najmoprimac je bez odgađanja o tome dužan obavijestiti Najmodavca te događaj prijaviti nadležnoj policijskoj upravi.
U svim navedenim slučajevim, za iznos nastale štete teretit će se Najmoprimac do visine iznosa vrijednosti vozila kao i za iznos izgubljene dobiti nastale predmetnim slučajem.
U slučaju bilo kakve štete, prometne nesreće ili krađe vozila, Najmoprimac je bez odgađanja o tome dužan obavijestiti Najmodavca te događaj prijaviti nadležnoj policijskoj upravi.
In the event of a car accident, a police record is required. If a party fails to bring a police record CDW or CDW + does not apply at all and the party is responsible for the full amount of damages.
TP (theft protection) does not apply in case of lost keys or loss of vehicle documents.
Postupak u slučaju saobraćajne nesreće:
Secure the vehicle from further damage, call the police and the nearest TuzlaRent branch, make a statement, take pictures on site and fill out the appropriate forms.

Gotovinski (KM/BAM currency)
Bankarskom uplatatom na transakcijski ili internacionalni racun (KM or EURO) , sve bankarske troskove nastale u inostranom placanju u EUR valuti snosi klijent)
Kreditna Kartica (VISA, Master Card, Maestro, Amex).
Virman za firme uz prethodnu uplatu predracuna.
Postupak rezervacije
Reservations should be sent to our central Reservation Service preferably at least 24 hours prior to pickup.
Each confirmed reservations will receive their number and will be returned by e-mail back to the customer.
Subsequent changes to reservations or cancellations must also be sent to email info@tuzlarent.com or phone number +387 61 295 294 ( Viber and What’s Up available)
Prihvaćanje rezervacije
Each reservation must be submitted and confirmed by our reservation center at least 24 hours before the desired pick-up.
In some exceptional cases, during peak season, TuzlaRent may refuse to confirm the reservation due to full capacity, usually confirmation will take less then 24h.
By sending a reservation on time, you can completely reduce the possibility of cancelation.

PRELAZAK GRANICA I TERITORIJALNA OGRANIČENJA
Border crossing is allowed only with our approval and only in the following countries:
Austria, Albania, Montenegro, Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Italy.
Prelazak granice nije dozvoljen za zemlje koje nisu na listi.
The border crossing permit is payable at a later date, depending on the country you are traveling to and the price ranges from 50 KM (25 EUR) to 120 KM (60 EUR) max.
