INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
General conditions

Driver’s age minimum 21 years old.
Driver should have two years of driving experience.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours (an extra day is charged for more than two hours).
Fuel and refueling service are not included in the price.
Car interior cleaning fee for cleaning interior cost is 10.00 EUR and also not included in price ( If car is returned in same conditions as rented then fee is not apply)

Insurance conditions

All vehicles are insured in case of damage done to a third party (compulsory insurance – CI).
If the TuzlaRent Vehicle is damaged by the fault of another vehicle, the damage in this case is not covered by the TuzlaRent vehicle compulsory insurance but by the compulsory insurance policy of that (responsible) party. That is why it is very important to make a police record and fill in the appropriate forms if new damage occur.

You should definitely call your nearest TuzlaRent branch and ask for advice.

If a TuzlaRent vehicle is damaged by the fault of its driver (the party who rented it), liability for damages is secured by compulsory payment of a daily insurance premium (CDW+). In our online final price CDW+ is included in price.

“Important” Compulsory insurance (CI) and premium insurance (CDW+) also have some exceptions in which cases they are no longer valid, as in the following:

Damage on tire and rim if driven off road, driving off road is strictly prohibited
Damage under vehicle,
Damage inside vehicle,
Any damage if you are in alcoholic or drug conditions,
Any damage if you immediately didn’t call our branch office and police to make police report
Any damage on engine that you add wrong lubricants or fuel and
Unauthorized driver damage.
Loss of vehicle keys and documents.

In the event of a car accident, a police record is required. If a party fails to bring a police record or don’t call our branch office CI or CDW+ does not apply at all, in this case client is responsible for the full amount of damages.
TP (theft protection) does not apply in case of lost keys or loss of vehicle documents.

Procedure in case of a traffic accident:
Secure the vehicle from further damage, immediately call the nearest TuzlaRent branch office and then police, make a statement, take couple of pictures on site and fill out the appropriate forms. This simple procedures will free you up of any additional cost.

Payment for services can be made by :

Payment can be done in cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Booking procedure
Reservations should be sent to our central Reservation Service preferably at least 24 hours prior to pickup.

Each confirmed reservations will receive their number and will be returned by e-mail back to the customer.

Subsequent changes to reservations or cancellations must also be sent to email info@tuzlarent.com or phone number +387 61 295 294 ( Viber and What’s Up available 24/7)

Acceptance of reservation

Each reservation must be submitted and confirmed by our reservation center at least 24 hours before the desired pick-up.

In some exceptional cases, during peak season, TuzlaRent may refuse to confirm the reservation due to full capacity, usually confirmation will take less then 24h.

By sending a reservation on time, you can completely reduce the possibility of cancelation.

Additional services

Delivery and pickup at any destination.
Car rental with driver.
Ability to leave vehicles in different countries.
Special discount for long-term rental as well as rental for a large number of vehicles.

CROSSING BORDERS AND TERRITORIAL LIMITATIONS

Border crossing is allowed only with our approval and only in the following countries:
Austria, Albania, Montenegro, Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Italy.

Crossing the border is not allowed for countries not on the list !

The border crossing permit fee depend of how many countries you are traveling to, and the price ranges is from 50 KM (25 EUR) to 120 KM (60 EUR) max.
