Excellent experience from start to finish. The rental office was professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Everything was smooth and clear, and they were extremely honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though the office was only about a 5-minute walk away, they kindly drove us to the airport at the end, which we really appreciated. Wij hadden een fijne wagen, automaat die er netjes uitzag. Alles was goed geregeld. Vol mee vol terug. De huurprijs was goed. Alleen was de GPS niet up-to-date, eigenlijk niet kunnen gebruiken als 79 euro, en de auto schoon terug brengen!! Gewoon bij de prijs tellen zou ik zeggen.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and easy, communication was excellent, and meeting at the airport was perfectly organized. The payment process was simple and transparent, the car was in excellent condition, and even the return process was quick and hassle-free — honestly everything went beyond awesome. We got a Renault Clio, and it was perfect for our road trip. The fuel consumption was incredible — we drove around 1000 km across Bosnia & Montenegro and used only about one full tank! Our route was: Tuzla → Sarajevo → Konjic → Mostar → Blagaj Tekke → Kravica Waterfalls → Trebinje → Kotor → Perast → Žabljak / Durmitor National Park → Black Lake → Tara Bridge → Višegrad → back to Tuzla Airport. We also did the full Durmitor Ring drive from Žabljak, and the car handled mountain roads beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone planning a Balkan road trip!

Rezerváciu sme bez problémov upravovali podľa našich potrieb po jej vytvorení. Seriózny, zodpovedný a dochvíľny prístup požičovne pri prevzatí, vrátení auta, v cene je zahrnuté Kasko poistenie a pri vrátení sa platí 10 eur za čistenie auta. Inak s autom neboli vôbec žiadne problémy, depozit vrátený na kreditnú kartu do pár dní po ukončení nájmu. Požičanie a vrátenie prebieha v ich kancelárií cca. minútu jazdy od letiska, kde vás vyzdvihnú aj odvezú. Určite odporúčame využiť ich služby.
